NOTES TO THE PARENTS

1. Parents or guardians are expected to co-operate with school Authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that their children or wards prepare their lessons and by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.

​

2. Parents must attend Parent-Teacher interviews and receive the reports after the two Terminal Examinations.

​

3. Besides the terminal report a mid-term report of the student's progress will be sent. Reports should be signed and returned within 2 days after receiving them.

​

4. Parents and Guardians are particularly expected to sign messages, Progress reports, Test Papers or any Similar documents when so requested. Failure to do this may put their children in great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent home.

​

5. Parents and Guardians should Keep an eye on the “Late Attendance and Leave Record”.

​

6. Parents are requested not to enter the classrooms or speak to the teachers during class hours.

​

7. Parents who seek instruction or wish to get advice regarding their children’s progress should consult the Principal and class teacher in the Office room and not in the classroom.

​

8. Parents are requested to bring the gate pass if they wish to visit the school during the school hours

​

9. School diary must be brought to school daily.

​

10. Students should be at school before 9.05 A.m. School gates will be kept closed for the latecomers.

​

11. Students who cause damage to the school properties would undergo severe punishments & Fine.

​

12. Parents should not enter the campus without the gate pass produced by the school.

​

13. Meeting time of teachers:  Morning 8.45 - 9.00 A.m. Evening 3.40 - 4.15 P.m

​

14. Parents should bring a fee card while paying fees.

​
